You long to be a ‘normal’ eater but instead, you have complicated relationships with food, your body, and movement that all cause you to feel unsafe in your body.

This group coaching experience is a GOOD FIT if you: 

  • Are new to intuitive eating and want a jump start as you begin your anti-diet journey

  • Have been practicing intuitive eating for a while but peace around food still eludes you

  • Are tired of obsessing over food but aren’t sure you can do it alone

  • Are ready to ditch the rules and guilt around food and movement

  • Are interested in intuitive eating (maybe you’ve read the book?) but looking for more support and accountability as you work through the 10 principles

  • Feel overwhelmed and confused about what is right for YOU and YOUR body

  • Love the idea of intuitive eating but have no clue how to do this on your own

  • Weekly LIVE sessions are held via Zoom

  • All sessions WILL be recorded if you are unable to attend them live

  • This group will have a maximum of 10 participants so that I can give everyone the attention they deserve

  • This group references the Intuitive Eating book (4th edition) and the Intuitive Eating Workbook so they are required for this experience
